PIN GRADING SYSTEM:
**Please note since all pins are hand made, it is rare to have a perfect flawless pin.**

A GRADE (STANDARD GRADE): Pin is in excellent condition. A Grade Pins are the best looking ones. They are free of major defects but may exhibit small imperfections. May feature light scratches/scuffs.
B GRADE: Pin is in good condition. Noticeable small imperfections will be featured on the pin upon closer examination. May feature minor offset screen printing errors, noticeable scratches/scuffs, and minor chipped/cracked enamel. Sold slightly cheaper than A Grade pins.
C GRADE: Pin has highly noticeable flaws including major offset screen printing errors, chipped/cracked/pierced enamel, etc. These are sold at a higher discounted price.
Any pins left varying from Standard grade, B Grade, & C Grade will be sold as EXTRAS.
Also, any pins with MAJOR defects that are deemed worse than C grade will not be sold.

REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY
Please review your order before making your purchase. No exceptions will be made for cancellations.
Refunds and returns for sold pins are considered on a case-by-case basis. We will try to work with you with whatever issue occurs (e.g., A pin gets damaged during shipping, lost in transit, etc).
